Job Summary:
As an HR Manager at Coalesce, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the HR function, including performance management, employee engagement, HRIS, and payroll. This position requires strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. The HR Manager will report directly to the VP of Finance and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives that support the company’s growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in HR management, with a strong background in performance management, payroll, HRIS, and employee engagement.

  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.

  • Strong understanding of HRIS platforms and payroll systems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certification.

  • Experience with Rippling, Ashby, Deel, and Leapsome
